Default 'Practice makes perfect' is the motto

While you guys might be wondering hang on a minute we already know that but seriously the only way forward is to practice harder. I believe in success and 'together impossible is Samsung slogan is true. There is no need to believe Bangladesh cricket team will lose before they step onto the field against the likes of Australia or Sri Lanka.
Confidence takes you a long way in life and especially in sport. The team itself has to have a mentality that is like 'Let me try my best because both teams are human and humans do make mistakes and have weakness so lets exploit them and give it my all'. The problem with literally the whole Bangladesh team is that they throw wickets far too easily and when they do they carry on throwing wickets away. That is mainly due to the fact that either their concentration is gone elsewhere or their mentality is wrong but can be corrected. But also because they need better shot selections in tough circumstances. I would like to conclude saying that practice makes perfect because the more you practice the better you get. So batting in the nets for longer will drastically improve their performance but only if the players are assisted by batting specialists and that also includes bowling. Trust me, I had no batting specialist when I played cricket but because I mantained a tough training my performances resulted on the plus side. The fact is that if you practice so hard the things you do practice come naturally and you dont need to try as hard when playing matches.

We need to tell the motto to our players 24/7.

Great post Sadz.

Now can you add this formula with some kind of Biriani. That is the only thing that attracts these players. May be they can digest those words better.

I am sure our cricket think tanks have said this to the players countless times. The issue is why would not they listen?
