Baulod's are also hard workers, and not nearly as streaky.

Typical Bangladeshi mentality shown on Imrul here, one bad series and we are calling him "bolod" "useless" "unfit" etc etc. He was our highest run getter last year and is one of our better batsmen, just going through a rough patch. Let's be a little patient before making any final calls :-)

but why guys?
apart from that mind game his performance wasn't that bad to have him among worst performers list.
last 3 ODIs scoring 44,61,45
in Test 15, 43

he missed three fifties for sure, which is disappointing.

As he is our opener and is supposed to be our best batsmen 40s and 50s are not good enough. If he had scored a century in the test and one big score in an odi we would have probably won both series.

Most of those wickets were gifted to him, you will notice if u see them again, he hardly bowled well. The quality of opposition must also be taken into account. A sehwag or watson would have put his economy around 7 like in the world cup and aussie series. Statistics of a bowler can be misleading, look at price and razzak's odi record. They dont bowl as well as their stats suggests

I think my expectation from TIK is to click more turning those 30s and 40s into 80s and 90s (like Squibs 79 in the last match), and he need to do it specially in test matches.

They all performed poorly, only Sakib tried, they need to really reassess their shoddy performance and form and try to reinvent themselves, or else they will be thrashed by the Windians, more shameful, because it will be at home. Their mindset is the problem, I wonder sometimes if they think when they are on the field or they just play cricket haphazardly. Their opponents will pounce upon them and take full advantage.
