Default ShameLess

Is it the moment of Shame or Proud of a Nation. When there is no National Antheme of any Special Confarence or meeting.

I dont realize the matter, what happend at that day? Some said that this was a sabotage of Jamaet Islami. Some pointed that issue which is "Jamayet Islami wants Quran Telawat read at first then any other activities".

But is this more neccessary than honour of the nation.Look at the picture and watch care fully the face of Our Hona'Ble PM.

Seeing this I mention this "The Picture Of The Week".

People any comment about this.

I love Kalbaishakhi's posts. But I must confess that most of them leave me wracking my brains. Does the term 'national theme' refer to the 'national anthem'? Do make a follow-up post. I'm reaching for my Excedrin

Kalbaishaki: I don't know what proper protocol is vis-a-vis the playing of the host nation's national anthem, but if we failed to do so, I agree it is a shame.

Pompous bhai (bhai being a measure of respect, I know I'm older):

Yes I am a teacher- of sorts. I'm an associate professor of English. What gave it away?

Default Ditto

I knew it! I KNEW IT!....I was 99% sure that you are a professor of English! I wasn't sure of your rank though :P

All I can say is wow I feel quite honoured really. A professor and I frequent the same messageboard

If you don't mind professor! what institution? I hope I am not being too intrusive. After all this is a public messageboard.

Kalbaishaki: I don't support anyone in bd. But I would say this, I am little more inclined to BNP. AL in my opinion has lost it completely, mostly run by incompetent people.

I think this whole episode was a complete disaster! I hope something like this never happens again. As for the PM smiling, I it was out of shame. She was trying to put on a brave face on what must have been a terribly embarassing few moments for her. Surely, she was not amused!

Default Shameful or not

I still think Khaleda is much sexier than Hasina. Khaleda rulez!

p.s. The word "apu" sounds so funny for some reason, especially on messageboard.
Pompous is honored because a professor visits the same messageboard as him... LMAO!!! I am honored too pompous becuase YOU visit the same messageboard as I do. :P
