Mustafizur is not an expert on health and it's common for players to have a little bit of pain here and there due to all that work out. He probably thought it was nothing and rest and painkillers would get rid of it.

They would have obviously done assessments in India, if Mustafizur says he's fine, it means Drs over there said it's fine.
Further the amount of xrays you can get in a short period of time is limited
I've had fractures from sports before and you know instantly, it's not a niggle, hence if you go back to IPL thread I said instantly it was a broken toe from Mustafizurs reaction
Could BCB acted more on the side of caution, yes of course, but at the same time they can't treat players like kids, they're professional athletes and Mustafizur is experienced enough now and he failed to act properly
