Filling fields

Arnab, thank you for the link. I shall edit this post now and in future follow your procedure.on articles. Actually, the writer also sees the test minnows as opportunities for their test batsmen to chalk up some records. But I doubt if Tres. could emulate a similar feat.
Q-is trescothick is the only batsman in England camp to mount any sort of challenge,i.e the type shown by Hayden?

Quote:
Matthew Hayden has demonstrated how to deal with the minnows of international cricket. He has thumped his way into the record books by amassing 380 in Perth
Quote:
Tests against Zimbabwe and Bangladesh provide a wonderful opportunity for voracious batsmen to bolster their Test averages
Quote:
If anyone from the England camp is going to challenge Hayden over the next three weeks, it is likely to be Marcus Trescothick. This is based not on parochial bias but the fact that monumental innings appear to be the domain of left-handed batsmen. Four of the five highest scores in Test cricket have been achieved by left-handers. They are Hayden, Brian Lara, Gary Sobers and Sanath Jayasuriya

It would be interesting to see his reaction if we manage to pull off a suprise. Most other writers have taken us seriously - this guy hasn't.
