You take a surprising amount of interest in BD cricket for someone who's not Deshi! Most bengalis (non cricket fans) had probably never heard of farhad reza b4!

I salute you!

Can we carry this momentum to the Pak series? Now that's the biggest question we face.

Congratulations tigers for yet another series win
Looking forward for a whitewash

Seems like Farhad is proving himself as the long wished 3rd seaming allrounder!!!

We need to give rest to some of the players for the 3rd ODI --- Tamim, Raqibul & Ryiad.
Junaed, Nazim & Rajib needs some practice before Pak. tour.

Tamim should play, we need him for Pak series. Nafees would be looking to continue the good form. JS can play instead of Raqibul. Riyad should be replaced by a full time pacer either Shahadat or Russel.

Yay BD won da series I just hope they keep this courage and momentum is taken into the Pak series as it will be vry important that they can take this momentum to give them tight and competitive games. Gud to see Farhad Reza bowlin well, he deserves his spot in ODI's cos he can hit hard to get us crucial 20-30 runs and bowls gud for an allrounder. I just saw the score like 5 mins ago.

Given the present form of Nafees and Tamim, it won't be good to break this opening pair. If JS have to play, I would put him down the order in place of Raqibul and try out his performance as middle order.
About Rajib, he needs a comeback to open bowling and will do it in 3rd ODI as Siddon suggested at post-match commentry. I think, Riyad might be left out in that case as he was not able to impress yet.
But, other than these two, we should stick to the playing XI and not try too much experiments!

Tamim should not be dropped, he has to build his confidence as an opener. I think Zunaid and Shahadat should be given a chance, dont know about Nizamuddin. Who can they drop? i am thinking Raqibul and Riyad, but who else? Nafees has to bat to gain momentum, seems that he is getting back into form as an opener.

As much as I want to see Junaed back in the lineup, we shouldn't drop Rakibul now. This kid needs as many game as possible and Ireland is the type of team he should be playing against in the beginning of his career. He hasn't done anything wrong yet and dropping him can be a big blow to his confidence. I would drop Riyad to give Shahadat a game.

we shudn't drop raquibul...usually we have our middle order collapse..n we need someone there to stick around n rotate strike..u all saw what he did against SA..because in this match our openers clicked..n Aftab n Ash clicked...he came in later then usual...and against Pak..there's no guantee that we wn't hav a batting collapse...

I am really happy about these two wins. It's not because that we won, it's because that we could build some good partnership in both two matches.

I remember one quote from some x-player; i really can't recall the name. He used to say "Every wicket has some price. Each batsman needs to set the maximum price for his wicket. The fielding team must pay the price to get his wicket."

Our batsmen need to understand the value of their wickets and make the opponent team work hard to get them.

the irish captain has gone back to basics:

we have to do better in all three departments to win the last match.

now tell me, if a team can do well in all three departments, what is the only possible outcome?

Eventually they will learn, but it will take time. Coach Siddons is trying to make them realize the value of preserving their wickets. We have seen some partnerships here and not too much slogging. Batsmen are not used to showing patience, they feel that they have to go after every ball.
