Exactly what past deeds ? Did I miss something ? 20 tests, no 5w in an innings. No 50's. What has he done exactly ?

Somehow, JO, Ash, Aftab etc.. are the bad boys. Mashrafe is a good boy.

His attitude is defeatist. I thought Shahadat batted very well given his limitations.

Once again, before I go to bed: Well done Bangladesh. I am left satisfied

I am very impressed by:

Rajin's batting, Nafees' batting, Bashar's 2 relatively responsible batting innings, Rafique's exciting batting today, Pilot and Aftab's hanging around the crease ability to help Rajin. Even Rajib's batting today was refreshing to see.

Rajib's bowling, Enam Jr's Bowling, and needless to say: Rafique's bowling, and satisfied by Mashrafee and Razzak's bowling

Aftab's fielding, Rajin's fielding, Razzak's fielding (this chap got Ponting run out :p), and as always: Pilot's wicket keeping!

You are asking - what past deeds by Mashrafee??? Did you just come back from the moon after a long exile?

Yes you missed. You missed not just something, you missed everything that has gone on in Bangladesh cricket except for todays match.

No 5W? That's your complaint? By your measure Aftab is a more devastating bowler than Mashrafee.

Do you actually watch BD matches? Or do you just follow text commentary and look at the score card??

This guy named Mashrafee had both of his knees reconstructed ... and still gives his best. This match was an exception for him, not the Norm.

Oh well, I don't know why I am even bothering with your moronic statements. Time to replace my memory of this post with the last half hour's batting today.

Bagher Bachcha Rafique ... that's all I can say! He took us past 300 while our vaunted batting line up disappeared within a few overs. What can I say?!! Also, Rajin Saleh and Shahriar Nafees showed tremendous grit and responsibility. Hats off to them!!! And please drop A-fool and Joghonno Opener from the test team.

I would make the poll, if Rafique wasn't "famous" for his temper.

He might become quickly unpopular in the dressing room if he gets captaincy. Remember what happened with Pilot

Aparently our team did great to catch the 3pm show. Gillespie - well desreved MOM and MOS award. I have a question. Why is there a trophy for a second place team in two team competition?

Hats off to Rafiq. I was hoping for BD to cross 250. He did fulfill my thirst and some. One thing I want to mention is when Gavaskar was analyzing Rafique's knock he clearly said that Rafique's batting may seem like slogging but in reality it is not. He also mentioned that Rafique had 30 dot balls that means he saw off the good deliveries and belted the bad ones and the ones he could get to. I thought that was great analysis.

Warne getting belted for over 100 runs in a innings in back to back test. I am overly satisfied and ready for the ODIs.

We made progress thats all matters. Over 1000 runs, two five day match. What more can I expect against the world's #1 team?

Actually one 5 day and another 3.5 day. Rain ate up almost 1.5 day.
