Ponting never said anything "arrogant". Actually, we are the ones being arrogant at the moment. It may hurt your pride, but we still are minnows, and we will be until we prove that we can win matches simultaneously against big teams in professional matches.

I would love to see BD win or at least put up a close game against the Aussies. They've proven that Australia isn't invincible, and I just want them to play to the best of their abilities.

yes sir!

we stated before this tournament that our world cup was getting to the super 8 stage...we the fans said it, the players said, the management said.

the players have all pocketed extra cash due to this (hey maybe monetary incentives do work)...ash is playing with a head on his shoulders, mash is bowling fast and well, we are healthy as a newborn, confindence is up, and our biggest detractors are where they belong: at home, watching bollywood music videos.

we will beat ireland, and have a 50-50 chance against England and WIndies...this would be a fabulous series by anyone's perspective.

The australian middle order seems vulnerable to me.
All we need is the confidence that we can beat the Kangaroos again.

Insallah, we will win.

According to TC, no. Bangladesh kept the same 12-member squad from the last three matches, i.e. the playing eleven from last three matches plus Tapash as the 12th man.

I think Someone will prbably replace Hussey? If we can somehow take 4 wickets upto Clarke for reasonable runs, then we will be in pretty good condition. Clarke is also turning out to be a classical player.

Gilly, Hayden Ponting is all we need.
If Australia score reads 75/3 in 15 overs, then our spinners can put good pressure.

3 pacer
3 spinner
Ya I think that 3 good pacers and 3 spinners will really work for us but it would have been best if we had seamer+batsmen all-rounders!!!Inshallah we will win!!

Once a tiger tastes kangaroo gosh there's nothing else good enough to satisfy his appetite. Kangaroos might be jumping high this time of year, but beware- tigers' on the prowl.

well like Ovi said, ponting hasn't said anything arrogant/disrespectful towards us. kumble didn't either. however, i don't mind if regular comments are enough to charge the tigers up

We can play a little bit of "pejgi" game to heat up our players

Anyone knows the hotel room number of our players? Just go drop of a "chika note" that Ponting said "Bangladesh ke dibani". The rest will be taken care of by itself
