ash is grinding it out. even though lot of negative comments have been thrown at him(rightfully), i think he will show his mettle. if not him then who else. how much do u think bd's little master can make?

I am voting 21-40 although my heart goes out for 100+. I think current Bangladesh team has 3 players who are capable of taking Bangladesh to the next level. Ashraful happens to be one of the 3 in my picklist. The other two are Enamul and Mashrafee in case anyone is curious. These 3 certainly compose a winning combination. I can say quite confidently that any win Bangladesh achieves in the next few years is going to have significant efforts from either one or all of the three members from this list.

The rest are all "dudh bhat" in comparison to international competition. No offense to Bashar or Mashud, or Rafique.

21. I really hoped Whatmore to drop him from the first test. The kid needed a slap on the wrist for playing a series of "all or nothing" innings. If he was dropped from the first, he would have done well in the second.

I think he will be out within first few over without scoring anymore.... but if he can bat for 2 hr then he will score a big one but i am 99% sure he will be out in the morning.. most probably 1st ball or 2nd over 1st ball

mash is good as is enam, but i think they are just that, good. both being as young as they are, i do believe it is possible (and hope it is actual) that both enam and masri will develop into mcgrath like and murali-like players.
ash, aftab, and abir i think are the only batsmen who can become world class. ash has the ability to become "time-class" (a word i just coined meaning amont the best of all time, past, present, and future).
also young mushfiqur rahim, the way everyone on the forum oogled over him during the england series, has the possiblity to become world class.
talent in bangladesh is in no shortage, but heart, temperement, guile, and wisdom are, except on rare occaisions, nowhere to be seen.

there is no talent in Bangladesh to play test level cricket. Ashrafoool so called talent will go cheap today thus making sure we loose by innings.

I vote this for the 'Most Humorus and Sarcastic Post' !
Really sarcastic way to point out that this poll should have been long gone !
