Shakib is a good bowler no doubt. But breaking into test ranking is probably because someone went down.

Anyway, Congrats and he needs to do good in batting... why/how does he do well in bowling without a coach and go down in batting with one of the finest batting coaches? It's really a puzzle.

Vet is currently 12th and Shakib 9th Test Bowling. (Kallis 19th)
Vet 27th and Shakib 44th in Test Batting. (Kallis 7th)
Vet 2nd (393 way ahead of Shakib) and Shakib 3rd 355 in Test Alrounder. (Kallis 1st 442 way ahead 51 points of Vet)

4th and onwards can't been seen in the rear view mirrors including Pretty blond Watson.
