Default Fact or Fiction?

"One problem is television back in Bangladesh. I think players are influenced by watching India and Pakistan players like Tendulkar and Inzamam hitting the ball all over the place in matches."
The former Bangladesh coach Eddie Barlow blames the team's batting on watching too much TV

I think Barlow has reasons to believe what he said. Most of our players idolize other subcontinental players (a very natural thing). If you read interviews of our players, most of the time they mention what they were told by Shachin, Sourav, or Wasim Akram and how much they were influenced by it. Pilot once said even what Tendulkar eats is a matter of great interest for our players.

let us all pay our gratitude to dalmiya for orchestrating our involvement in test cricket... i'm afraid that's where it ends people... we never had the infrastruture to groom quality batsmen... we still don't... our lack of mental aptitude along with physical depravity doesn't help the cause... it has to start at the schools... no escaping that... let's go willes little flower or BKSP...

We are 'deprived' physically? i.e. our players are vertically challenged?
