Why can't you say the coach is responsible and so are the players? Why pick one or the other?

Because that's the only way to ensure maximum vote for Siddons.

Because if you watched the games then you're most likely to think one party is at least slightly more responsible than the other. It's impossible to be 100% neutral.

If this is a project, you don't pull the plug midway. At this point obviously Pro-Siddons. Come when his contract expires I will re-evaluate his tenure. By the way, players are to be blamed for this dismal performance. Captain takes the lion share.
Ash's rash shot after getting a live shows he has learned nothing. 110% his failure is on his shoulder alone. After so many games he is yet to know how to build an innings, how to support partners.

Good point. Except for the captain part...see below.

I see your point. But as I said earlier, 1 person rarely makes a team of 11 lose. It's the combined idiotic effect.
Captain takes the bigger share of responsibility. I agree with that. But he's not the one solely responsible. A captain can't do a thing if others in his team doesn't do a thing. At the same time, if a captain cannot set the example, the others in the team won't give it a shot.

Pagol koi ki? Ami captain, ami 1st down batsman, ami team'er most experienced player, ami jodi team'er poristhiti onojai na kheli, how can I ask my players to play the way the team needs? Kon mukhey ami Alok'rey bolbo, " eita ki shot marlen?" How can I say to Shakib, " bod, tui janish RRR 4'er nichey, just tikey thak"; to Tamim, " Abdur Razzak and Mash can easily support you just minimise risk and play your game stay notout". Manmanagement kortey you need to have some weight. Only performance leading from the front gives you that weight.
If the leadership is not doing the job no team/corporation/organization can't ask their employee/player to perform. The ship will sink or go stray. Goals won't be achieved. Comments like, "we are much better than this" will surface. See post match interview of game two. Bankruptsy is a must unless the CEO is fired or changed his tactics. Udahoron dibo?

I don't see a difference between what I'm saying and what you're saying. Except for the fact that you think Ashraful can single-handedly make you lose a match.
That's a bit strong of a statement, IMO

Pro players, definitely not adti Siddon. Can we have that option please.
May be both have to share the blame of repeated failure. Punish, torture, train, educate whatever you need to do to fix the players, do it. You can hardly throw away anyone. That's what we have in our country. You cannot offer a coaching course to the expat coach, neither take other actions applicable for players. You can only change the coach as other options aren't feasible & that's not the only option we have when the whole world is open for you to choose a coach.
It doesn't mean being harsh with coach, every one has their own level of actions feasible for their position.

Coach cannot do crap if players dont use their brain. In the last game all they had to do is play 50 overs, THAT's IT. 50 overs. Why go for domination? Whats the point when RR is only below 4? I am sure Coach didn't tell them that.

Dont worry you now have 2 vote. One that you just clicked and the one that you were supposed to.
You have the option to change side if Siddons fail. Big If

Tricky poll. Vote dane biroto thaklam. Both parties are responsible. The question about 'more responsibility' sounds like who did more damage to Bangladesh, BNL or AL.

I hope people continue to support siddons because u can blame the coach all day long, at the end of the day our players have to take more responsibility for their actions.

'MULA MULI' on Siddons criticism was halted after JS interview was published on bc recently. I hear nothing whatsoever.
