New pay roll system

Only 6 or 7 players will be getting a regular pay from the BCB the coming season.

Others will get pay on performance basis and also the match - fee will increase.

I guess these regular players will be -

1) Khaled Mashud (c)(wk)
2) Habibul Bashar (vc)
3) Al Shahriar
4) Javed Omar
5) Monjurul Islam
6) Md. Rafique
7) Khaled Mahmud

After a long time, the national players who went to the SL tour, sat with the BCB president and discussed about the SL tour.

Just because Golla was out for 2 months, you forgot all about him and putting a little kid (Ash) in the list.

Ash has the potential and if I were to follow Orpheus' logic, we need to DROP him every other match to get some decent scores out of him.

I think the break did wonders for Golla. He will come back raring in one of the first two matches he plays before he goes back to his old winning (for the opposition teams) ways.

Ash & Masri haven't proven much yet (for whatever reasons). They definitely cannot be in the contract just yet.

Nope. They are with the highest potential and have done more than any batsman or bowler.

I am positive, they will be on the top of the list.

As for Golla, he started good, but disappointed me match after match. Needs to show some fireworks before getting in the list.
