Propose Your Next BCB ( How You Want It To Be) !!
Everybody is requested to contribute here. Please write a brief article within 50-400 words proposing the new structure of BCB and its operational activities. Also propose the names for chairman, individual directors whom you want to see in the board, selectors and others.
I am proposing that the best article would be published as front page article in BC . And editorial board will compile the proposals and make a summery which we will try to bring in front of public media as much as possible (Dr. Z and other bosses, are you listening?  ). Your single contribution can change Bangladesh cricket. Let's start it....

I was gonna suggest having someone as head who is not from Bangladesh. But again politics would probably kill them in a week. As making a completely foreign board impossible, i would say change the president first. A president who wins through vote will not be worse than the present we have. Bangladesh has already been asked to disassociate itself from government influence so when that takes place, It will be a better board for sure. The problem is no one is unbiased. If you let Shakib pick his squad, he will be biased, Law might be biased too (we dont know yet) our new selection panel is also biased upto an extent. So we will always have some flaws in selection process. However, if we give someone like Ross Turner a say in the development in our cricket, he might be able to suggest some positives. Of course BCB will have to financially support Turner's ideas and provide every kind of support he needs. It doesnt have to be Ross Turner but someone who is not Bengali but has been part of a development process some where else. There are too many things to suggest in so many areas. There needs to be someone who puts some thought behind school cricket. Encourage high school competition. Not only it keeps the interest in cricket alive for kids, it prevents a portion of them from heading the wrong way. There needs to be some ppl for District cricket. It needs to be divided like this. Spending more money on players isnt the right approach. Rather spending money to develop them is. our boards can never be corruption free. But the less, the better.
Note: sorry for talking all over the place.... there is too many things to suggest
