Frankly, I had not heard of him before, but I have just checked out his career first class records. It is impressive, bearing in mind , he plays for likely wooden spoon holders Barisal. This years' impressive performance for Barisal owes a great deal to this lad and Talha Jubair about whom we have heard before. Perhaps brought into test cricket a bit too early ! He is averaging just under 4 wickets a match - this year he has improved this to over 5 a match. He is also striking at 42 balls a wicket in 2007-08. Keep an eye on this boy ! Has anyone seen him ?
