Default Last 3 dayer: BD A 226/1 - upto 8 O\'clock

Bangladesh A has scored 226 runs for the loss of 1 wicket. Hannan Sarkar scored 56 runs in the last 3-day match against THE REAL KCA XI.

Javed Omar is batting with 116 runs and Rafiqul is batting on 26 runs.

Source: BTV 8 O'clock news.

Tell you what, if BD A does not win in this match - whatever the reason (even rain should not be the cause for not winning this match), then the bowlers do not deserve to be playing for even Bangladesh A team and captain Sanwar should not even also be captaining any side ever.

To win a 3 day match, your opponent must do awfully bad in both batting and bowling. Otherwise, its almost impossible to get a result in 3 day match.

Look at the first match. Kenya did great batting and bowling, yet, we managed a draw with 1 wicket in hand.

My expectation, see a first ever 600 run innings ( I wish!!!).

Default Shooting for

I'd shoot for a 400-450 in the first innings. The openers are doing their job so naturally the last 5/6 wickets will fall within 80-100 runs. 600 is wishful thinking.

If our bowlers finally get their acts together which they should as the KCA team is (even if it's Kenya A) no better than our Khulna or Barisal. Even if they bowl bad, KCA should fold around 200-250. Depending on the time remaining on hand, we can send them to bat (so they can give our bowlers another spankin) or get some of the 'Stand by' batsmen and the 'flops' a chance to bat in the second innings in place of Golla and Hannan.

Default Wishy washy

There was no wish there ... Wishful would have been that our players score around 400-450 and then bowl KCA twice within the three days.

Default Double century for Golla

Ekushey TV last night at 11:30 PM told that Bangladesh A has scored 393 runs for 3 wickets.

Javed Omar Belim Golla is unbeaten on 201 and Sanwar Hossain on 33.

Hannan and Rafiqul has fifty, and Ashraful was out for 1.

All these scores are against THE REAL KCA-XI as FW mentioned -- also saw it in dailystar --- meaning -- it's not the national team (they are preparing to beat pak and aus). Therefore, I can't take pride in this result. Anything short of a victory would be embarrassing.

But if it's the "virtual national team" then HELL YEAH!!!
