Sry in advance 4 bit off-topic- Azhar Mahmood is a backstabber Pakistani now a changed British citizen, a freelancer also even willing to play for England side. Not a good example or motivator to be supported with due to his ill-patriotic act. No offence in his being picked in pro teams like DG/KXIP/Auckland/Kent, but no respect from me here.

What did he do to you? As if we won't take the opportunity to go to a different country to pursue our career.

taking the opportunity to go abroad to pursue our career and forsaking your native country after representing it for so many years is not at all analogous.

If Ash can represent himself here, he can open up so many slots for other Bangladeshi players.

It's one thing when it's Shakib, but if Ash can account him self here it'll give Mahmudullah and Nasir chances.

tbh now that shakib and tamim have played in the county the door is open to any BD player who can perform, sure it's still probably tougher than the other test nations but the door has been opened, the thing that will get someone signed is consistent performance day in day out at the top level. in saying that, once BD starts performing in tests, then BD players will have a much easier time to get signed into the county. they can do as well as anyone in one-dayers but if they want a run in the 4-day matches they'll need to perform in test cricket.

If a player like Ashraful gets into county cricket then the whole Bangladeshi team should easily get into any county team.
