No it wont get counted as official but it is by far more competetive and interesting. Something BCB should tell ICC.

Well then which team will the BCB be sending to the Champions League in India? Will it be the winner of this Dhaka Premier League, the winner of the 50-over NCL (Barisal) ... or will the BCB quickly create a new official Twenty20 tournament for the 6 provinces within the next few months?

Every test nation around the world has had an official Twenty20 league (even Zimbabwe!), except for Bangladesh!

Supporting ofcourse Abahoni. Mashrafee is good enough for most of the team alone.

Mash, Rubel, Shakib and Tamim are not playing in this round. They are being rested for first few rounds.

Shakib might not take part in this T20 tournament due to some injuries. And Tamim will be having some Operation tomorrow.

Murad, sources? I'm quite surprised by all that. Why would Tamim need an operation? I'm not aware of any injuries to Shakib either.

Shakib's injuries are not serious ones. He will be fine by one to two weeks time.

It would be great if there are two matches in Mirpur on week-ends an if BTV would telecast those Live.........

Thnx for the fixture.......

Ridiculous Fixture........

2 semi-finals are on Sunday....Third place decider and Final are on Tuesday. No chance to watch these matches as it is on week-days, even if our BTV decides to show the matches live....as all are day matches......
Also no match on 30th January, Friday

20/20 matches are for entertaining the crowds....But fixtures were not made having considering this....there is only one match in holiday in the whole league...that is on 30th January....and on that day Mirpur will be hosting Cricket Coaching School vs Biman match!!!!...Pathetic.

Well, BCB is not working or interested to pull crowd in the domestics. What is the point of having a 20/20 league then??........all over the world........Cricket boards design 20/20 leagues in such manner that it pulls some crowds in the domestic competition. Even Pakistan and Srilanka also managed to pull lots of crowd in their 20/20 tournament.
