TV in BD use PAL singal, and in US its NTSC. xbox or ps2 bought in US will not work in BD right away.
Unless, the TV that you are going to use it with supports multi-frequency. Many TVs do support it, if it does then you are in luck; your NTSC xbox and ps2 will work.

Another issue will be power supply. Make sure the power adapter is compatible or you will have to go through another headache as if you get the adapter from bd that might not supply enough amp to run the console.

Here's a site listing countries that use PAL and NTSC standards : http://chaos.com/help/productsoffered.asp#pal
PS2/Xbox from EU should work in BD, with the correct power supply.

about PAL/NTSC TV's.... most tv's in BD for the past 6-7 years have been multi-system, and can show both signal formats

some machines don't run pirated games...so you might wanna install a mod chip (i think you can get one from bangladesh - should be around a thousand bangladeshi bucks, although that's a four-year-old price). that way, you can actually buy a whole bunch of games for a lot less, instead of getting them from the US.
