Last 10 over batting and bowling- What is the remedy?

We have the weakest low order in the world. Our first bowlers are inconsistent. We lost the 1st nz match due to lower orders handicapped batting. Saifudin and Nasir selection was so obvious. Do you have any plan how to strengthen up our lower order batting n last 10 over bowling. One solution Sabbir can go down and mash should not bowl in last 5 overs. Does not matter how good the opening or middle if we cannot kick in last 10 over and set up a challenging score it ll be all vain. Hatu can you listen? Nasir or saifuddin wud be ideal. Miraz s batting n bowling in non SC conditions is still a question mark. Mash is loosing his mojo for sure i can see that..he is inconsistent and gradually loosing his plot. Option 2 middle order batter needs to stay until 50 over.
