Color palette doesn't show in Advanced Mode

Wanted to inform admins that the Color Palette doesn't seem to be working in "Advanced Edit" mode. It works in normal mode I believe.

Alsok aren't Cricket Guru users supposed to have capabilities for limited attachments? Or is it after 10k posts?
