seeing it live...i have to say it was a poke, not a guide. that being said, he just misjudged the line and got the outside edge. had he defended solidly we would have applauded it.
not a bad ball, and those types of dismissals can only be eliminated by simply not playing the game. if there was never a ball to get out on, tendulkar and lara would have infinite batting averages.
that being said, batting seemed far easier in a live match than it does on TV...is that always the case? i came away feeling even i could tonk sakib for a 6 fairly easily. looks must be deceiving...
