England Player Update (2/5/05)

Not a lot of England players in action but for those who did play here is what they got up to.

Pietersen failed AGAIN, out for 3 today. Is the expectation getting to him?

Trescothick made 52 off 43 balls in a one day game in an explosive partnership with Sanath Jayasuriya. Trescothick is still struggling with migraines and blurred vision.

Steve Harmison returned figures of 1-24 from off 9 overs against Sussex, he bowled Murray Goodwin.

And that is it, there was no TV or commentary coverage of any of these games so I cannot report in any further detail.
