England series live streaming???

Forthcoming video streaming schedule in full (Wisden cricinfo):-

India v New Zealand: 2 Tests, October 8th - 20th
Bangladesh v England: 2 Tests, October 21st - November 2nd
India v NZ v Australia: 10 one day Internationals, October 23rd - November 18th
Bangladesh v England: 3 one-day Internationals, November 7th - 12th
Australia v India: 3 Tests, December 4th - January 6th
VB Series: 15 one-day Internationals, January 9th - February 10th

Any idea how much the stream for Bangladesh's test series + one days might cost?

I think those streaming video are not offered to North America.

I guess if they decide to provide the live streaming north american viewer should not have any problem viewing it. Last time It was blocked was during world cup. As world cup was a mega event and Dish network had the sole right.....but other events usually don't have any problems.
