Which Foreign Teams Would like to see playing the quarters in BANGLADESH ???

we can say realistically BD's chance of a quarter is gone. there is still mathematical possibility which we can still hope and dream for but the chance of the hopes and dream coming true is very low.

anyway lets move on.

we know BD will host two Quarter Final Games. both games will be played at SBNS, Mirpur.

23rd march: A1 vs B4

25th march A3 vs B2

so the main issue is A1, A3, B2 and B4 will play at Bangladesh.

now who could qualify as A1, A3, B2 and B4 ???

lets look at group A. its almost sure AUS, PAK, NZ and SL will qualify ..... but the position still could change. AUS still unbeaten but lost one point in a game. SL lost and lost one point in one game. PAK and NZ both lost one game and NZ still has to play SL and PAK still have to play AUS. still lot to play for.

if u looks at group B its more complicated. india currently at top followed by england, WI and SA. still ind play SA and WI, eng play WI and also IRE still has a chance. i dont have any intention to bring BD in the equation.

now from my predictions of the rest of the games.......

group A: AUS, SL, NZ, PAK .... so AUS and NZ will come to dhaka

group B: IND, SA, WI, ENG .... so SA and ENG will come to dhaka

and the games will be AUS vs ENG and SA vs NZ

well there is very little chances that my preds will come true so still there is chance for other team combination.

u can make ur predictions and combination's and find out who you think are coming to BD for quarter finals.

just figure out one thing. very little chance IND will be be B4 and thus coming to BD. but if SA beats IND, then india has the chance of becoming B2 and then will play at dhaka. and if pak can qualify as A3 .....then on 25th march there is a possibilty of an IND vs PAK quarter final at Dhaka

Well the bargain that BCCI already have agreed with ICC is that India will play its QF only in India, irrespective of which position/team it is going to play against. So India wont be playing in Dhaka no matter what they shld be taken out of that list

I wud love to see pakistan playing at Dhaka.we always enjoy huge support over there.But I can not wait to see my team playing QF against india at Ahmedabad and kicking them out of WC. Pak v Ind QF,thats wt we pakistanis want.

A BD-PAK QF on the night of 25th of March would be explosive.
We couldn't possibly lose that game.
