Default Please get behind Ashraful

Upni ki okritoggo? If not, then get behind and back Ashraful, motivate him to get his form back that he could take us to glory by trashing the Zimbabweans in the only Test.

You should support him as he is in the squad; selectors showed their faith in him and so should you. My plea to you even you are not an Ash fan - give him the confidence he needs, believe in him, get behind him.

Yes! You can do magic.

Ok. Obayed bhai...I do it for you!!! During this series I will try to refrain myself from being negative about him.

But this is his last chance for him from my side. I don't want to see "Doing the same thing over and over again the same way and expecting a different result!!!"

At last I am happy to see some sense prevailing in BC.

Let's help him to forget his interim period of confusion, partly induced by the previous coach. We need an inform & consistant Ash. Let him find himself with our help.

Thanks KP

He doesn't visit BC, so it won't matter so much. The important thing is how the team management and the teammates support him.
and ok I will give my full support to him for this series. Its now or never.

Thank you Sadi. He just needs a little support to get his confidence back.

I think he does. Few years back Miraz bhai had an interview with Shujon and Ash via Rabid bhai where Ash said he visits BC if I am not mistaken?

There are other options as well. I do not fault Ashraful at all any more. It is the selectors, coaches, and naive fans fault. If motivation doesn't come from within then the average would not go up!! Doesn't matter how much I or in that matter others encourage. Blaming on everything but himself doesn't solve the problem. Assuming he and all others realize there is a problem.

If he plays in the first 11, I will wish him the best and not getting out in a silly way. Me believing in something that has not been accomplished (CONSISTENCY) in the past 100+ test innings would automatically sign me up in the list of fools; which I do not wish to. If he achieves something special, more power to him. I will congratulate.

Ash has a test average of 22.38, you want it to get decreased to 20
