Bonus Points

Just want to clarify my understanding regarding rules of Bonus Points-

The team that achieves a run rate of 1.25 times that of the opposition shall be awarded one bonus point. A team's run rate will be calculated by reference to the runs scored in an innings divided by the number of overs faced.

Rules says nothing about totals or playing full 50 overs, so only way England get a bonus point if BD's run rate is below 7.82/1.25 = 6.26. So, even if BD scored 188 in 30 overs (188/30 = 6.27) all out, England would be deprived of the bonus point and in result BD would get it.

What is wrong with my understanding?

Bangladesh had to score 313 (391/1.25) runs to get 1 point.

Why so? The rules say Bangladesh could snatch away the bonus point from England by keeping the run rate above 7.82/1.25 = 6.26, they don't say how many overs have to be played to achieve that run rate. I know it sounds ridiculas but that is what they mean!
