Default We would like to play in Pak Triangular

We would like to play in the Pakistan Triangular match if the tournament is held in Sri Lanka.

And it seems that SriLanka is really trying to stage the Pakistan's home Triangular match that also involves Australia and used to involve New Zealand in Sri Lanka.

I admit that if the tournament is held in SriLanka, then the SriLankan team is also a good choice to play at home - then nobody would have to come to SriLanka.

On the other hand, In just concluded ICC Test Captain's meeting, all the test captains have been telling about "Player Burnout". The rule or the suggestion for a team to play in a year is 25 ODIs and 12 Tests.

In this point, Bangladesh is far behind from playing 25 ODIs and 12 Tests, I mean - Bangladesh only has the chance to play (3 ODIs vs Pakistan in January + 3 ODIs vs SL in the on-going Sri Lanka tour + 2 ODIs in ICC Champion's trophy + 3 ODIs vs South Africa in SA tour and lastly + 3 ODIs vs WI in Bangladesh which makes the total of) ONLY 14 ODIs in this year. Because, there is certainly no chance for Bangladesh to beat either Australia or New Zealand in ICC Champion's Trophy (if my word on this is proven wrong by our players, then I would be really grateful - but that is highly unlikely).

Then there is the number of test matches that Bangladesh have played (2 tests vs Pakistan + 2 tests vs SL + 2 tests vs SA + 2 tests vs WI which makes the total number of test matches to be) ONLY 8 test matches.

Hardly any case to being a "PLAYER BURNOUT" for the Bangladeshi players. While SriLankan team can request not to play in that triangular (if the tournament does take place in SriLanka) since they might think of a better chance of getting ahead in the ICC Champion's trophy - and they need the time to prepare - whereas, us - Bangladeshi players need the extra LEARNING EXPERIENCES and the players are still short of playing at least 10 ODIs to have played in a year (which is 25 ODIs.

Besides, ICC Champion's trophy will be held in Sri Lanka so Bangladesh team will not have to move too much to participate in that tournament too (ICC Champion's trophy will be starting from 12th September and the Triangular tournament will be finishing by 8th September).
