KP da, please take Anamul/Mominul out of the equation, for now.
They are not ready yet and we shouldn't throw them into the mix. Let them mature up a little bit with further A team and HP team tours. These two are the brightest future prospect we have and dont want to kill the eggs before they are hatched.
