Remember about 8/10 years ago India had a similar pace attack like or may even weaker than us. But with proper planning and investment they are producing world class pace bowlers like Australia, South Africa. So what we can learn from them is with proper planning and utilization of that planning we can improve our pace attack.
It's not going to work any more like doing few pacer hunt program any more. We need to train those talent with proper planning. For that to happen we need to open few pace academy in Bangladesh like India. I am not going to believe that our cricket board can't open few academy like that for money. We are not rice board like India but we are not like Zimbabwe either. So I do believe our board has the money to open up few academy like that all they need is proper motivation and future planning. To do well outside the sub-continent we need few genuine pace bowlers like Bhumra or Archer. And to get those type of bowlers we need to give the young talent proper training and facility to groom their talent. I would like to get your input on this guys. Thanks.
