Default Aus vs SL 2nd test

Australia won the toss and elected to bat first.

Australia 86/7 from 31.3 overs

What's going on in Galle? I was more used to seeing these kind of scores elsewhere.

Don't worry, SL will lose the initiative, & the Aussies will return the favor in the 4th innings.

So, the Aussies learnt a thing or two from the tigers last year, right? Good students!

Warne will probably score a century now, he's done it before.

An example of how comprehensively the bowlers can dominate a match. I give it 2-1/2 days.

I see another victory in the cards for Australia. Sri lanka blew a golden oppurtunity to take advantage of a paltry 120 runs from the Aussies. You know, at least one aussie batsman will score a hundred in the second innings and a lead of around 300 will be more than enough for a victory.

The bowlers dominated with the bat too Murali and Vaas! & Warne contributed 20% of runs by the Aussies in the first innings.

Gilchrist can be great sometimes. Needs to bat up the order more frequently. That's his first test century since he played the support role in Hayden's 380!

SL may come storming back tomorrow morning. Anything is possible with these two master tweakers playing here. There's plenty of time left.
