Default The Need for Positivity

On the eve of yet another 5th day staring into the gun barrel I'd like to ask the players and the fans to maintain positivity of mind, body, and spirit.

Abt wat? Theres nothing to be positive about. If we dont find good pacers or have solid #2 and #3 batsmen then we will continue getting these results in tests.

Exactly !!! There is nothing to be positive about atm. There are so many holes in the team. With a bhangachura team everytime you can wish for a miracle but the reality is we are 3 batsmen and a bowler short. If this doesn't change we won't be able to manage to even draw in the next 20 years. We need to figure out the #2 to #4 positions and desperately need a good pacer. Only then we can think of being positive.

You're positive about a negative which means you're negative! Now if you're negative about a negative...

Don't worry Al, Mushy will find plenty of positives at the end of the match just so you know.

Shameem wanted to talk of areas to improve - Mushy went back to familiar territory of positivity. My a##. He needs to see a shrink - they all do. Seriously - not making fun.

Being negative doesn't get you anywhere in life and that's what Bangladesh were like in the test series, they prepared flat pitches because they were too scared of Narine. Spin is our strength and instead of someone like Samuels scoring an embarrassing 260, would've been 60 instead had we prepared turners. Also players like Shahriar or Junaid wouldn't have faced bouncers if we did prepare turning tracks.

I've already pretty much stopped following test cricket with the exception of when Bangladesh plays and looks like there is no reason to follow that either now.

Its a matter of time before the Indian downfall in Test cricket causes BCCI to not care much either and then it will pretty much be the Ashes and those two playing SA that matter.
