What i hope from FutuRe Selectors and Team Management

Selectors are responsible to pick the Squad. Team Management are responsible to pick XIs.

this is what i expect for the future.

1. plz play Opening Batsman only at opening position. plz dont play openers at 3/4 or 7/8

2. plz play players who are habituated at playin no 3/4 at no 3/4. plz dont play openers at 3/4 or low-middle order players at 3/4

3. plz play players who regularly bats at 5-7 in these position. plz dont play top order batsmen down there.

4. from no 8-11, plz play specialist bowlers. plz dont play batsman who can bowl a bit there. players who can make the 11 mainly as bowler should play there. whatever batting they do should be bonus. main batting has to be done by top 7 which includes a WK.

5. when we have fulfilled condition 4 we have four specialist bowler there. adding shakib we have 5 specialist bowler. plz rely on specialist bowler. plz stop overrating part-timers as full-time bowlers and let the part timers concentrate on batting.

i dont want no.7-8 batsmen batting there.i want no.6-7 batsmen to bat at 7-8 because given our domestic standards,they might not be as god to do the PP hiting/slogging.we need more skilled batsmen to bat down there but ofcourse not at the cost of having no.3-4 players demoted at 7-8
