We already had the Canon 60D DSLR with a couple of lenses - while great, is not very portable.

Recently we started to look at the new mirrorless ones and bought the Samsung Galaxy NX 1000 mirrorless. Not as expensive as the Canon and you can have interchangeable lenses. Very portable and brilliant pictures. And it is NOT a point and shoot so you can show your creative self.

I want to buy something similar. Can put on top of TV and connect through HDMI. Can do video conference with 5mp autofocus camera, use as media player, play all android games, youtube or a backup computer. But will wait for a quad-core version.

Edit: can also watch cricket matches on tv using chorai link.
