When u insert a pic into the website... how can u change its size?

If you are referring to HTML tag then (remember to put < and > sign):
img src="http//...." width="xxx"

that will make the image to your specified xxx pixel wide and browser will keep the aspect ratio and change the height accordingly. To set a specified height just use height="xxx" and don't specify width.
