Hey guys, we need to put Ashraful at number 3 or number 4, not at number 6. Aftab should come down to number 6. Because Aftab is not the kind of player who looks to score centuries, but Ashraful is. Ashraful can't score centuries if he is batting at no. 6. Can he? Aftab will be useful for scoring some quick runs towards the death, and Ashraful needs to be at the top to ensure that we get a decent total. Do you guys agree?

Well, I also agree with you. TO me, Ash should come at number 4, Bashar at 5 and Sakib at 6. I am sure, this will work great for the team.

when you're padded up, and have been batting/running around for some time, this is very likely to happen. it's common.

mshakir, in fact Aftab has been selected as number 3, because we need to utilize him for the 'Power Play', which is usually the first twenty overs. Aftab is a hard hitter and he can accelarate the RR during those restricted fielding conditions.

Dude, when you open a match thread just copy & paste from another thread is not good enough. Please correct the day and timing. Thanks.

From what I see, that's nothing terrible. In fact, it's acceptable when it could easily come up like that from running b/w wickets, and he has to take off his gloves every time to fix it. It's annoying at that time. I've seen worse stuff happening...such as Alan Donald taking his sweat from underarm instead of spitting on the ball.

This is very normall in cricket. when u run hard and do swips it happens. also I guess ash should custom make his pads which will prevent this from happening. he is probably wearing a market made one which is little lose for him or some thing.

You are right about Aftab being a hard hitter, but you are missing my point. Aftab is not a mentally strong player. Mashrafee is also a hard hitter, now a days Mashrafee plays a lot better than Aftab does. IN the twently/20 match Mashrafee made more runs than anybody else, also in the last match, Mashrafee made more runs than Aftab, hitting two sixes. Plus Mashrafee has a better strike rate than Aftab. Does that mean, we should Put Mashrafee at number 3 too? The answer is no. These players play recklessly regardless of the situation that our team is in. We need top order batsman to be their and not get out cheaply after hitting couple of boundaries. That kind of flash in the pan, doesn't help us does it? We need someone who can stay at the wicket. If we have enough wickets in hand, then runs are bound to come. We started off to a really good start the other day, but what happend? the wickets were falling like so often that we didn't have any parternership going, so because of that we only made 220 runs. We were off to a really good start, but aftab came in and played recklessly and gave his wicket way. he didn't have to play that agressive cause we were in a good position. but thats how he is, he is not mentally strong. i hope you understand !!!

Bhaia ra, please dont even think of putting Ash in number 3. Just becuase he got some runs in one game, we are talking about changing his position again. Next thing you know is he is not getting runs and ppl are calling for his heads. He said he is more comfortable at number 5 or 6, so let him stay there and lets see what he can do. Don't give me more excuses like I never liked batting at number 3 or something. Why do we like changes so much?

Sunny : Bro.. Ive seen sachin has this 'kinda' problems many times before.. but with pants wrapping up in both legs.. so whats the big deal? I guess you want Ashraful to go and play dressed in a complete suit? with a rose in his pocket aswell?
