Default ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Winner Prediction

2019 ICC Cricket World Cup: It would come as a tragedy for Indian fans who are enthusiastic about the respectable men's amusement. In an official survey begun by world cricket body – International Cricket Council (ICC), it appears has England will have an additional edge even before the beginning of the desired competition and top picks to lift the trophy. Mind you, England have never won the masterpiece occasion ever of game and one year from now's container will allow them to win it before their home fans. Today Match Prediction

As indicated by the survey, England earned 41.23 percent of the votes, which makes them overpowering top choices. India's main adversaries Pakistan (25.37 percent), who have been in immaculate in the shorter configuration of the diversion (T20Is) are at the second top choices to win the world title. While, a lot amazingly the men in blue will complete third according to the fan survey, they get just 21.19 votes.

Shockingly, five-time title holders Australia were the fourth with 3.86 percent cast a ballot while any semblance of South Africa, New Zealand and Windies tailed them.

Who did they surveyed?

Ain't no way WI winning this ahead of Bangladesh (a solid ODI team) and Afghanistan (our main rivals and nemesis ).

If Pakistan wins the world cup. I will stop watching cricket and get banned from this forum, and carry a Pakistani flag in town. Trust me me. I’ll even walk naked in town!

That’s how bad I think they won’t win it. They must be drunk to think they’ll win it. It’s going to be ENGLAND. My home team. Simple as. My 2nd team overall. But in this world cup, being realistic, BD has no chance, maybe QF. England will be my first team, only 2nd when they play BD only.

Some of their fans thought they will win the test series in South Africa after losing to New Zealand in UAE, and then they teach other countries fans about going overboard with expectations.

A World Cup will be a completely different beast to the Champions Trophy which even West Indies won in 2004. I don't think we will see a fluke win here this time.

TBH at this time its hard to believe anyone else winning the WC other than Eng or Ind

if SA and NZ weren't such chokers they had legit shot.

Aus is always Aus. you dont know when they can arrive to the partly, but taking recent form in to account I just cant see them wining this WC

rest of the teams have no chance

I think India will win.

I feel like we can beat England, and we can always beat Pakistan.

^India beat Aus B. Doesn’t mean they are going to win the world cup. Ind middle order is a joke. England is well strong throughout!

They won’t win it. Not good enough. Fluke CT win and their deluded obnoxious fans think they are world beaters. When BD beat them 2015 3-0 they were calling , “Pak cricket is finished” and what not. Now, how they’ve changed their tune. They do this. One moment flip this way, next that way, it’s the pakistani punjabi style.

Remember austin here? Thats how most pak fans act. Austin is a good example of pak fans behaviour and attitude. Jahil and arrogant. Austin use to claim to be a bengali but kept boasting about Panjabi power when he referred to the players like kohli. pak fans boast and dwell on certain success then try dissing you using those good times. Aus won 3 world cups in a row. They dont boast about it.

Wouldn't discount Pakistan, they tend to do well in England.

You can't fluke your way to a tournament win especially when they beat SL, SA, Eng and India in a row, the latter two being in excellent form.

It’s called PURE LUCK. Look back and watch the highlights. The amount of luck they had against Sri Lanka. Against England they played in Cardiff where it favours Subc teams, heck BD won two out of two there. If it was in Oval, Trent Bridge, Old Trafford then Pakistan would’ve got annihilation. They indeed fluked their way to the final and then the Indians had a massive off day but Pak batted superb to get the total then bowled well, inds having off day or not Pak IMO was the better team on the day. But that doesnt mean they didnt fluke to the final.

Getting to the final and winning is better than getting to the final and choking.

This is India's to lose.

We will see possibly the weakest Aus team in a WC ever.
Pak is nowhere as good as they were in CT.
SL/WI a shell of their former selves.
SA missing big guns ABD, morkel, and lead by an aging Amla, Faf.
AFG rising but nowhere close to contention.
BD not there yet.

Only Eng and NZ are real threats to India. NZ not at the same level as Eng, Ind. And I have little faith in Eng given their previous track record.

If Ind cant win this, then theres nothing more to be said.

The way this worldcup is set up, the best of the best will definitely walk into semifinals.
Champions throphy was set up in such a way that if a team was playing bad, could come out and still win the cup. Even BD has a great chance of winning CT17 after the initial round, had any team screwed up on the given day. That's how pakistan won - some luck/some good cricket/ but most importantly both Ind/Eng f'ed up on the matches against pakistan. Prior to those matches, they were the best of the best during the tournament. In this world cup tournament, you will play against all the teams before going into the second round. There is no fluke in this one. If you still think Pakistan will go to the semis then other teams in your eyes are not doing such a great job.

The best 4 teamss has every chance to make it to the semis, even considering the occasional fluke win/loss. Does anyone really see Pak being one of those 4 teams given?

My pleasure.

Even I can't believe waking up on Father's Day in 2017 and seeing India with half of their team back in the shed for less than 100 chasing 300+

My favorites will be England for sure, but I think bd might surprise us. We got some good players recently...but English r favorite here. India Pakistan up to quarterfinals, that's it...if Smith and Warner come back, Australia will say, I'm here.

I agree. I would add Aus to that beatable list.

For some reason, I think we will lose to Ind or SA. Being as the most unprofessional and emotional team, we will not fare well against machine like teams who will mercilessly exploit locker room cancers like Rahim. Even Mithun is picking up bad habits from him, I was watching him the other day. Looks around for excuses like a clueless category 5 moron after simple wk mistakes, and then does not listen to advice from batsman walking back about the pitch like an arrogant dimwit. I hope Rahim is not spawning new cancers.

England is a much better ODI team than South Africa , SA will have a difficult time making the semis this time if Australia, Pakistan and Bangladesh puts pressure on them. They no longer have AB and have slow batsmen like Amla in top order.

The way I see it, based on current form, a full strength BD team should beat WI, SL, and AFG. PAK we are very slight favorites. NZ, SA and Australia are beatable.

ENG and India are the only two teams that I think we have very little chance of winning against. Again, on a great day we can beat both, but I wouldn't count on it.

Assume we win 3 out of 4 vs WI/SL/PAK/AFG. I think we will definitely win 1 out of NZ/SA/AUS/ENG/IND. If we can win a second, then that puts us at 5 wins and perhaps a chance to make the semis.

Not losing to the 4 weakest sides is of utmost importance in this tournament.
