you got my support!! But I am not only depending on Bashar, my eyes are on rest - especially, Tushar and Ashraful. (mostly because they did very bad in practices -time to recover... and they are the replacements of the two unsuccesful oldies....)

Default I suspect

I suspect Bashar will score 70+ runs in 2 innings together and thus will not reach close to 1000 Runs this time.

You'd think in a free country a person can exercise their freedom without the fear of ..........

He just got out - boy, even Arnab couldn't demoralize me this much. Next time around, I will have to choose my country of Birth a little more carefully.

Default HAHAHAH

I take back all my optimistic mood toward Bangladesh. I shouldn't have put that much faith on these losers. I should have known better. They can't even reply to an insult (srilankan team 2nd test). They broke our heart -- mother _______(I will leave the rest to you to fill out)

P.S. The above reply was posted after the fall of Bashar's wicket.

Default Um, was it ?

Did you mean to say Mother child ? *with an indian accent and indian english), You are wrong my firend, they are not good enough to be mother childs.
Kono mayer shontaan eibhabe habu dubu khaiya pavilion e phire jaite parena. Mayer pola hoile desher ijjot rakhto, starting with breaking that ^%$#%$%# 10th wicket pair. Bengal tigers na chai. Manik roton ki kichu khuje pawa jaabe ? This was our chance to avoid a follow on or an innings defeat, at this rate - that (follow on and innings defeat) possibility is looming large over our shoulders.

Default now I appreciate it

some of the kids whom I knew in school used to take heart from the following saying when they had to repeat the same grade year after year:

"Failure is the pillar of success"

Am I comparing our royal bengal tigers to those failtush kiddos you ask?...well I have a palta question.."why do you even ask?! huh?!? HHUUUUHH?!?!? Don't ask....no questions...no comments...let me be..ok?!?!...i answer no questions no more...leave me alone!.... ok you?!?!??

Default Re:

I boldly predict Sumon will score 11 runs in 28 balls in the first innings. Yeah, how prophetic am I!

Taposh Baisya's debut as a batsman has been much better than Ashraful's, that's for sure.:P

Default Taposh

congrats to him...that was as good a test knock one can expect from any number 8 batsman any day! kopali was very good too...both of them seem to be serious all-rounder quality material...of course my sole basis is this one test match which even isn't over yet.

Default If we can

If we can score the same average totals with or without Bulbul and Akram, then why should we keep on playing the oldies as well as Moni?

164 against this team is pretty much the minimum. Cant do any worse. All I can say is, this middle order did worse than the previous middle order.

We really need to look for other options for 4 and 5. Neither Bulbul/Akram, nor Ash/Tush seems to be working. This Ash is burnt out and really ash now, no flames left.

Default Freaky

This is too much of a coincidence - BD will just not play well when I'm following their game.

I get up in the middle of the night, and what happens on the second ball - Bashar is out.

I go back to sleep after my post, and BD has a great partnership.

I get up in the morning - first ball, Manjurul is out

Same goes for Tehsin bhai. We were able to manage not to wake him once, Ash scored the century that night. Since then, I dont give him anymore wake up calls, but he somehow making it to the game on his own.

But it goes the opposite for me, every time I am not watching, its a disaster. I went to sleep last night :-(

Default Maybe you shouldn\'t wake up!

We all think like that. There is no such thing as jinx or whatever you call it.

Logic - (Assuming you don't have access to live television game) Actually you are waking up after the wicket falls. There is a certain delay in cricinfo. It's like the fall of the wicket is waking you up and letting you know...Yo, your team is LOSING - you are obligated to share the pain. No Dreams.

So next time, if you want to have your prayer accepted, you actually have to pray for it in advance - like 5-10 minutes. So when you go like 4, 4, 4 and you see FOUR pops up, it actually happened before you wished it AFter 5 minutes when you see OUT, that's actually the answer of your prayer of "4, 4, 4"

Good Day

Default Damn!!

Rajputro bhai, you beat me to the reply. One minute Delay :P

I guess we have both good charm and bad luck on this board. We may combine these two to create ultimate Power - ofcourse it must be used in betterment of BD team.

Default There it goes again

For the betterment of Bangladesh, I left after it turned from bad to worse around 51 for 5. All the big players gone but guess what, I moment I took my eyes of the PC and went to bed (For the first time in several weeks, I went to bed before 330). I wake up and I see two debutantes shaming the old B...... (Now, who was the one doubting my support for Kapali ?)

Coicidence ? I think NOT.

(I hope no one takes our posts seriously. khek)
