Default Afghan Spinners

Many Afghan Spinners are getting recruited by the T20 leagues. Are they producing better spinners than any other Asian countries?

1. Mohammad Nabi (right arm off spin)
2. Rashid Khan (right arm leg spin/google)
3. Mujeeb Ur Rahman (right arm off spin/many variations)
4. Zahir Khan (Slow left-arm chinaman)
5. Qais Ahmad (leg break)
6. Waqar Salamkheil (left arm chinaman)
"It is Allah who takes away the souls at the time of their death, and [the souls] of those that do not die during their sleep. He retains those souls for which He has ordained death, whereas He releases the rest for an appointed term. Verily, in this are signs for a people who think deeply." (39:42)

Qais Ahmed seems like the real deal. We will find out when he takes the field for Rajshahi.

I think BPL has been snapping up Afghan talent because

A) they provide excellent value at reasonable price
B) the quality of talent can compete well with more known players who command higher prices

^ True.

I put him in my foreign players to watch out for when previewing Rajshahi Kings.

However, I personally think T20 is still a batsman's game. I don't care how good of a spinner you are, an all time great batsman can dismantle you with footwork and forcing you to adjust.
The end of Rahim will mark a new great beginning for the complacency free Bangladesh!
