Afghanistan’s spin attack potentially very very good. BD’s pretty decent also, really like the addition of Nayeem, but weird seeing a test xi without any specialist pacer.

We went with 8-9 batsman! Ah, the luxury of having a Shakib in your team.

I'm okay with no ornamental fast bowler.

Why is Mushy keeping?

Unlucky to lose the toss...

Without help from the track, our bowlers are useless. There is no turn whatsoever yet. So far, I've only seen one ball beating the bat.

Taijul only 1 wicket away from 100 test wickets and would then tie rafique as BD’s 2nd most successful test match bowler.

Disagreed. No point of taking dead wood ornaments for sake of it. All 4 bowlers selected are solid.

So Mehedi has 5 matches to take 13... I think this record will be short lived for Taijul (Quickest to 100).

Next two test matches are in India, need to get it sorted by then.

These 90 overs are gonna be done 1hr after tea

You are right... we do need fast bowlers against India. Otherwise they will eat us alive.

What happens in that case (90 overs an hour after tea)? Do we finish early or do we play 100 overs?

Only good thing about this test is Slowmim is not playing.

Other than that, all the same shoddy bunch. Even Rahim Da Sabotager is still keeping. I am rooting for Afg. This team has to be burned down and bleached.

Only Shadman, Nayeem, Moninul and Shakib are worth watching.

LOL. "Slowmim!"

In case you didn't get the memo... slow playing is order of playing test cricket.

Looking forward to Nayeem bowl as well. I have a feeling he will do better.

Nayeem gets the most turn so hopefully he can put some doubt into the batsmen.
