Just to clarify here, the row wasn't so much about the money. The WICB did indeed draw up contracts, as demanded by the players. The issues were with the technicality with injury insurance and provident funds. They didn't object so much about the money/pay.
Obviously the board is frustrated. If they are going to field this newer team for the first 2 ODIs(I refuse to call them a 2nd tier team), it would be, in my opinion, an expression of anger by the board. After all, these players sat around, while WI suffered a whitewash.
