if its from your hard drive then you have to upload it in website like photobucket. And copy the image url and use image button
on message bar and paste the url in the box. "Preview post" to see if it will show and if it does then submit reply.
Another way is if the photo is on any website just right click and get the image url and use this button
to post it in forum.
And most importantly do mention the source of the picture.

Now, this image is for all the girls in BD who seemingly go crazy at his sight. It starts off with a little shake of his head to gets his hair out of his eyes. As Athar said "Boom Boom Bowling from the Cool Cool end."
Amake maaf kore diyen shobai for this post.

You don't have to be an expert to find out where the problem is. It's the lack of specialist batsmen and heavy load of bits and pieces players.
Shakib and Nasir is enough. But Riyad will be there now that he is a VC. So those 3 should be enough. Now drop Alok, Naeem, Shuvo, and get proper players. It's not like ALR scoring so many runs and picking up wickets. They are doing neither.

Stop bringing in ALL EFFING ROUNDERS!

there is no need of kapali, riyad and naeem along with shakib and nasir at the moment. But somehow we are going crazy about all rounders!! my team would be:
Tamim
Mushy
Nafees/Imrul
Shakib
Nasir
Riyad/Naeem
Razzak/Sunny
Nazmul/Shafiul/Mash
Rubel
and we are 1 batsman short

Yup I liked that attitude too but suddenly remembered that once in a situation like that Shakib was smiling and chatting with someone (he was trying to keep himself cool just the way he used to sing before coming to bat in his earlier days) but after losing the match everyone was asking for shak's head !!!! So no matter how cool Nasir is if he doesn't perform in 1 or 2 matches everyone will ask to drop him. That's how we make someone superstar overnight and throw them away the very next day. I just don't want that to happen to this young fellow. All my best wishes for him.

Agreed. There is really no need for Alok honestly. He's gotten his chances already and he hasn't impressed at all. Naeem should only be considered for tests. Shuvo should also be gone from all formats as Sunny proved he's a better player. Shakib, Nasir, and Riyad are the only ones that should stay.

Imrul won't last long in international cricket unless he a) improves his technique significantly or b) develops divine hand-eye coordination and reflexes. We are an opener short, so that might be an option.
As for the middle order, I want to see Mushfiq bat higher in ODIs. He has the technique and the ability to rotate the strike and keep the scoreboard ticking, which make him the ideal builder/stabilizer. He can hit once he has his eyes in too, so the more time he spends in the middle the more we benefit from it (as opposed to a Raqibul or an Imrul or even a Naeem in high-scoring ODIs).
If Mushy comes in at #4 and Shak at #5, we're left with #3 and #6 to fill as far as the real batting line-up is concerned. I hate seeing Nasir being wasted down the order like so many of his predecessors (Mushfiq included). He has the goods to be a fast-scoring #6. He could also potentially bat at #3 - I personally want to see someone who can score fast without slogging like a crazy bleepetty bleeper at this position. ODI's are high scoring these days and if we're going to win more games, the batsmen will have to show up and score as many runs as possible. I know a lot of people want #3 to glue his puny buttocks to the wicket, but we need to get things moving and someone who can score fast without letting out brain farts every other delivery will help us reach 300 more often. No JO or Rock type grafters.
Depending on where Nasir bats, we now have an opening at either #3 or #6. Not sure what to do here. Maybe Riyad can fill in, but he needs to improve his game massively, or sit out. Then of course, we have #7 to worry about and we'll have to wait and see if Reza is any good. Ideally, this spot will be taken by a medium fast bowling all rounder.
#8 should be occupied by a specialist spinner, so either Razzak or Sunny. Ideally, this guy will also be able to hit some massive blows with the bat when needed. The last three spots can be occupied by fast bowlers, which seem to be extremely hard to come by (well, good ones at least). Nazmul should play at home and so should Rubel. Shafiul is probably the only other option right now, but he needs to man up and stop straying it.
|
Well I think Nasir is in the perfect spot for now. He's a #7/8 batsman and you could tell that he is 1 as well. It was actually a position we were struggling with for a while because we tried to make Riyad and Naeem in to that role which obviously didn't work. He seems like a very versatile player and can dig in to collapses and rebuild if needed and also if the team needs quick runs added to the total he can do that as well.
Riyad is pretty much a lock at #6 now thanks to him becoming the VC. I like the guy no doubt and think he's a good player but I'm not completely sold on him yet. I thought he was given the VC role too soon. I guess we'll see what happens to him. Hopefully he can be consistent because I really do think he's a great player once he finds his groove.
The obvious positions where we need help no doubt is the 2nd opener's spot and #3.

Remember folks in imagination land where time flows backwards, Ashraful jumps out of the stumps, walks down the track, while bowlers runs back from him.

I am gravely concerned. This tour might push us back deeper into self-destruction.

My team for 1st ODI :
1. genuine Opener
2. genuine Opener
3. genuine batsman.
4. genuine batsman
5. Spinning Allrounder
6. Wicket Keeper
7. Spinning Allrounder
8. Pace Allrounder
9. genuine Spinner
10. Pacer
11. Pacer.
U can put the names you wish to, but I wish to see a genuine bangladeshi team like that. no mini allrounder, who can bat a bit and bowl a bit, They can't and will not win a match for BD.
