What a player Maxwell is. Always liked him since I've watched him play. With Finch, Warner and Maxwell, this team can do some serious damage

Im talking more about the upcoming world cup. You'd agree that they'll fair much better in the WC at their place?

^Warner seems like tamim now..but agree finchy, watto and maxwell can tear a team apart, especially at home. Can't forget that cool headedness of bailey and Clarke in the middle order.

Yup exactly. This team will be a handful in the WC.

Maxwell is a clean hitter of the ball. However, yesterday he got two lives early on the innings. Nevertheless, in span of 7/8 overs he raced to 90s. Poor hapless bowling.

Warner's confidence is so low that he may be kicked out of the team before the WC. So many in the pipeline.

Warner shouldn't be compared with Tamim. Warner was in crazy form in tests. A better comparison is Tamim and Watson. They are pretty much copycats of each other.

The bowling that day was so bad it was embarrassing to watch. That one guy was bowling at Farhad Reza like pace and Maxwell just took him apart. At one point I saw Maxwell read the ball before that clown release the delivery, he got in position and the bowler didn't change anything about his delivery. If maxwell keeps facing bowling attacks like this he will score 50+ in every game.

So Gambhir has 2 ducks and yet still remains the captain of the team but Shakib gets dropped despite scoring 30. That makes sense

Most of the Indian pacers are so bad which has me a bit surprised. I know Indians don't have the best genetics but they have one of the best systems in place and a good FC competition. For a team like them, regarded as one of the "big 3" you'd think their pacers would be better.

Can't understand the logic.. All due respect to kallis but he's simply not t20 material..they are simply picking him because of respect and it will seem rude as if if they drop him..

Gombhir
Kallis is ok for a team like KKR as their batsmen can barely score, but compared to other teams top order Kallis is more than ordinary, he will score 40s 50s but with a run a ball strike rate.
And I don't know what Y.PAthan is doing for KKR, it's probably because it's SRK's team, so there is a pathanship.
As for Sakib, Narayon will always make Sakib the bowler dispensable, Sakib will need to produce some match winning performances once every 3 games if he wants to play.

If they want to pick a pacer allrounder for T20s they should pick ten Doeschate not Kallis. Bisla should be given a chance in the team.
