Well I was only trying to help... Like we beat Australia... if we have quality and consistency throughout we can reach 7 to 8 in ICC ODI ranking

Tour, tour and keep touring.

Test side, A-side, U19 side, Presidents XIs, whatever. Get as many players playing outside Bangladesh as you can.

Tour until you run out of money, then write'Unocal' on the bills, and if they call you asking whats going on, tell them you thought it got cleared with Condi's office.

Expose young players to different bowlers, different conditions.

Make some fast bowler friendly pitches in Bangladesh. Use astroturf on concrete if you have to (a thousand country grounds in Australia cant be wrong).

Try and nurture a slow bowler who isnt a SLA - variety counts.

Make the Pacer Hunt an annual event, and keep trying to turn young quicks into good young quicks.

Get as many kids as you can playing outside Bangladesh - Australia, England, the West Indies, India, anywhere.

Keep the emphasis on team play up - sharing the MoM money is fine. It's a team sport.

IMO BCB are doing very few things wrong. And it's showing.

Ajitthlalm,

[[colloquialism deleted]], and the horse the rating system came into town on.

What you want is to be able to beat Australia again. And then again.

And then do it when you are resting a couple of players for the big game in two days time.
