We have a small lead, it is still a lead.

We thought day 3 would be important, well it was ... but nothing compard to the fourth day ... We have a good shot at increasing the lead. We need to add atleast couple hundred to make it interesting. Let the Pakistanis make the mistakes as they chase. Remeber this folks, they have MUCH lose. Much Much to lose. Hate to say this, but was glad that the fat headed officials forced Wasim Akram out of cricket. It would have been different if he was playing.

In any case, if we bat till tea and follow Upal's 3-3.5 over rate, we should get a 300 lead. Will be tough but hey, nothing in life is easy. Then the fun begins. The ball will turn as it has on the third day and if the pitch deteriorates (sp) on day five, Rafique and his part-time support will hold the key.

We seriously need a world class spinner. Rafique does great but I think he can use a partner. Any idea if the wickets assisting the pacers ????

If we can get a 300 run lead...it's gonna be 50-50 in terms of the result. Chasing 300 in the 4th innings of a test match is really hard.

The key for us is for Sumon and Rajin to continue batting well into the morning session. If we can go into lunch with a 200 run lead and 7 or 6 wickets remaining...we could perhaps accelerate with Kapali coming in and even get a 330 lead by tea. If Sumon stays, anything is possible. A rr of 3.5 for tomorrow is quite doable.

And Sujon better use Mashrafee all out when we bowl. I don't care if he has to bowl him 25 overs...Masri and Rafiq have got to bowl a lot for us to win. Also, we need a couple of wickets from part timers. Rajin got Youhanna out in the first innings and that helped us tremendously. A wicket or 2 from our captain or Kapali will be a big boost.

I really want to go for the win. A draw gains respect in the short term but after a while ppl will think it was just a rain affected draw or something. A win will really change the perception of our Tigers in people's minds.

Go Tigers Go!!!
