I have been saying mostly this since last year. However I understand why BCB have played them.

Miraz is a bowler who is heavily dependant on the wicket. He has quite poor control over line and length. However I think he is in the team as Shakib isnt in and he has more experience compared to other spinners.

Liton and Sarkar like a dogs tail that will never straighten when it comes to their footwork. But I think as they are players going to England this will give them some experience.

I am fully against bringing Shabbir back. This wasnt a case of MISCOMMUNICATION by BCB but rather MANIPULATION by Mashrafee

What difference did the extra batsman make today? 20 runs? 30 runs? 40 runs? Lets just say for the sake of argument that the difference was 40 runs. What difference did that make in the end? Whether we scored 190 or 230, the game was lost anyways when the team couldnt score 280+

If our top order doesnt click, doesnt matter if you play 11 batsmen, the result will be the same. The magnitude of the defeat may be minimized. But at this stage in this format when we are trying to be contenders for a semi spot in the WC, this mentality wont get us anywhere. We had ONE bowler in the 15 who can bowl well over 140ks in this condition and we leave him out to play someone who can bat a bit or slog a bit.

And let me tell u guys, even if we scored 300 with this team, the opposition would have chased it down. The whole reason they didnt go after Sabbir's half trackers is because they simply didnt need to. The team needs to put up 280-300 with 6 batsmen and then let 5 full time bowlers defend that. Thats how cricket works. Whatever no.7 and no.8 adds should be a bonus not a requirement and whatever Riyad or any part timer can bowl should also be a bonus not a requirement.

One sane decision was to keep Shafiul Islam out of the team.

It's comical to call him a replacement for Taskin. That's like substituting glue with rice.

I think Miraz was picked as our 2nd best spinner after Sakib and it makes sense to me as NZ struggle against spin, they struggled against India.
Now if we drop Miraz we wont have any genuine spinner our bowling will be too one dimensional.
I will rather pick Rubel in place of Sabbir

I think picking Rubel instead of Mominul will be a better idea for the last ODI , he might score more runs than Mominul

Saifuddin was the most economical today and that after bowling the final overs too, fizz on the other side conceded 93 today.

We cannot let Rubel bowl the last overs, he got taken apart again on the 44th over conceding 21. Thank goodness we had Saifuddin to finish the innings. Unless we want Nayeem or Miraz or Shakib to finish the bowling innings with fizz having Saifuddin is a must , his batting is a bonus
