I think BPL er shob team er modhhe amrai shobcheye kom brag korechhi !!! I've always said KRB is one of the weakest team in BPL.. Their top order just presents 2 walking wicket.. the day the middle order collapses they can't post enough run on the board and they are 1 quality spinner and 1 quality pacer short.. You can't win competitive matches with such team combination.. They are overly dependent on Shakib's performance, just like our BD team and of course Shakib is a human being.. With Russel leaving the squad and Nasir not performing up to the mark the team is in deep trouble...

Some fans were already preparing for the Champions League. Hopefully this brings them back to earth. First qualify for the semi-finals of this tournament. And the bit about KRB being the weakest team in the tournament is simply not true. On paper they are one of the strongest, if not THE strongest. Four national team players in the XI. Best player in the country leading them. Dwayne Smith is a pro in this format, plays all around the world. Russell is one of the best upcoming players in the world. And then you have seasoned pros in Chanderpaul, Jayasuriya and Gibbs. The fact that they haven't lived up to their name is down to the management/captain and how they were used and not because they are bad players. The team didn't gel properly.

No I didn't say they are bad players.. it's just this form of the game is not suitable for some of them... You need at least 1 fearless batsman like Akmal / Shehzad/ Jamshed/ Imran Nazir / Hodge to score runs upfront.. Gibbs was excellent in Big bash but is completely out of form here and KRB doesn't have a better replacement for Gibbs.. Jayasuyia's form was not good for a while so didn't quite understand the logic behind this pick.. Now with Russel gone I don't see any hope for them .. at best they can post 150/160 and on a batting track like mirpur the bowlers can't do something extraordinary to defend that total.. They don't have quality fast bowler like Sami.. Fidel Edwards was a good choice but he is not there.. So how do KRB fights back??? They can do it only if Shakib can pull out his Superman performance and that's not gonna happen everyday

Herschelle Gibbs doesnt know how to play in spinners conditions and low tracks. He is still a quality player.
