Default NCAA Football 2009-2010

Yeah! Another exciting season of NCAA Football is upon us! WOO Tailgating !

The team I unconditionally I love:
Miami Hurricanes

Teams I hate:
Florida State Seminoles
Notre Dame FIghtin' Irish
Virginia Tech Hokies
UNC Tar-Heels
(pretty much everyone but the Hurricanes on the ACC)...

The team I absolutely, unconditionally despise:
Florida Gators

Miami's first four games make up, arguably, the toughest schedule in NCAA this year. The ranking of the teams are in parenthesis.

Game 1: @ FSU (19)
Game 2: Georgia Tech (15)
Game 3: Virginia Tech (7)
Game 4: Oklahomo (3) *Last year's runner-up.

Hurricanes to watch out for:
LB Sean Spence <--- BEAST
LB Arthur Brown
WR Travis Benjamin
QB Jacory Harris
RB Mike James

I am most likely driving up to Tallahassee for the Hurricanes/FSU season opener on Labor Day Night (Sept. 7th). Its going to be a helluva game ... it always is.

Not a big fan of College Football. I am a pro football fan. However, I root for PITT ( my old school ) and have unconditional love for the Cane's. I always admired their athletes. Love that logo. Used to be pipeline to NFL, and hopefully that starts again. Don't like Penn State and Notre Dame.

Welcome to my world.

Georgia waits for a rude awakening. If the Cowboys don't get them the Hogs sure will.

O'khalamma is over rated. USC will be tested early.
++++
I want to use the hate world when it comes to Notre Dame but I will go with dislike. Even though Lou Holts were there for some time.

Seminols: I love when they lose. USC is also up there at the dislike chart. Recently Texas berged in to that list as well. Ohio State, Michigan rounding up the list.

Go SEC baby!! Gators or Bama or even LSU can go all the way.

Tigers_Eye: agree with you on the Noles.

As for the SEC, they can rot in hell.

And let's see what the prima donna Bryce Brown can do for the Tennessee Vols. I, for one, am happy he didn't bring his drama over to the Canes' turf.

Why worry about Vols? They aren't even ranked. Any SEC team can give ACC champ a run for their money. Even the bottom dueler Miss State.

I don't know about that, bhaiya. The little Canes were putting up a huge fight against the Gators last year, till that bad call (PI) turned the game around ... and that was when the Canes were unranked, and the Gators where 2 (?) ... Tim "God" Tebow was looking pretty damn frustrated with our defense (especially Sean Spence)

Look at Miami's schedule (at least the first 4 games), and then tell me the SEC has it bad.

Oh, and I brought up the Vols because of the whole Bryce Brown saga (don't know if you followed it.) After all that, the dude had the guts to show up during CanesFest (Miami's fall season kickoff) wearing Vols gear!

Big XII and SEC both have 5 teams. However, SEC's five is in the top 15. Down this year should be Auburn, Tennessee, South Carolina, Arkansas. But next year watch out. All had extreme good recruiting classes. Missouri is going suffer after Maclin left. I am hoping Harbough surprize the pesky USC this year again. Notre Dame is so over rated with their soft schedule.

As predicted. Georgia lost to Ok State at home. Bama showed their mettle even in penalty filled day. Otherwise the score would have been lopsided.

Muhahaha!! O'khalamma lost to BYU. Texas licking their chops, Bradford colar bone injury.

Next week's important games:

USC vs Ohio St. I wish buckeyes would put a good show and test USC. May be the freshman USC QB sees what is real football is. That Mcnight kid is just too good.

How bad is Oklahoma? Watch how BYU gets tested by Tulane (who??).

Role big blue role. Beat the Irish and throw them off the rankings. They don't deserve to be there.

Georgia will win against soft Game cocks!! LSU will make a lunch out of Vandy at home!!

Clemson at Ga Tech, Orange at Penn St, Hawkeyes at Iowa State, Purdue at Oregon.

If I could express in words how I feel right now, BC would crash and never see the light of day - ever.

MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yahoo! User Rankings
  • 1. Florida - Deserves it. Reigning champions.
  • 2. USC - One hit away from losing to Ohio State, Cal. Doesn't matter if they have six deep in RB.
  • 3. Texas - Sleeper. Game against Ok State would be the decider of their season.
  • 4. Alabama - Over rated just like last year. They will stumble.
  • 5. Penn State - Not a top 5 team for sure.
  • 6. Oklahoma State - Impressive
  • 7. Brigham Young - Weak comference. So far so good but may lose focus and lose to Tulane this week.
  • 8. Boise State - Naah!!
  • 9. LSU - Defense as strong as ever. Offense have some holes to fill.
  • 10. California - I hope they beat USC.
  • 11. Oklahoma - They will rise again only to falter in the big games.
  • 12. Mississippi - Watch out. Schedule is so favorable.
  • 13. Ohio State - Litmus test. Weak schedule as well.
  • 14. Utah - Utes?
  • 15. Virginia Tech - Time for Beamer to retire.
  • 16. Texas Tech - Will find out in 3 weeks.
  • 17. Georgia - Middle of the pack. Too much talent just not enough experience.
  • 18. Missouri - Interesting to find out how they do in the conference.
  • 19. Michigan State - lol. Just because you have to add someone from the big ten doesn't mean you have to add the spartans. That is a basketball school.
  • 20. TCU - ???
  • 21. Florida State - Cheaters!!
  • 22. Nebraska - One more year before they can challenge the big teams.
  • 23. Georgia Tech - I always liked the yellow jackets. But new coach so needs time as well.
  • 24. Tennessee - So over rated.
  • 25. Miami (FL) - Nice win but still not in the big leagues.

What do you mean by beating up on PITT? Pitt is in Big East, where the Hurricanes no longer reside, and don't remember Da U beating on PITT lately.

ACC is there for taking. Da U can win it. They are still a year or two away from national prominence.

Miami is gonna win the ACC, that Offense looks like it's back to there 2001 days, Defense will come around. Harris is that QB

USC is going to destroy Ohio State, Penn State will be in the running for a Nat'l Title game berth

Beamer bhai, THE U is always "nationally prominent," even when they are not winning ball games.

With 5 confirm winable conference games for any decent team. What does that make the conference? Strong? Mountain West is no ACC or Big Ten. Otherwise they would have a permanent birth in the big dance.

This is Week 3 poll.
I am calling the way I see it. Florida is a hotbed for recruiting. If South Florida can compete so can the Canes. Recruiting is the first step. Entering in the top 20 for the first time in 4 years says it all.

Are you saying ACC is strong? They have lost every non-conf game so far. Big Ten is the biggest phony of 'em all. USC will crush Ohio St. They barely beat Navy. Only reason "they" don't have a permanent birth is due to the moronic BCS system. Everybody agrees on that.
