who is he angry with? I did not watch the match.
It is ok if he criticize openly , if some players at this level cant use their head even with given intructions then no need to ador shohag them
It has to be one of Jahurul or Razzak who both got out playing needless shots
However, it is likely to be Razzak because he got out playing a needless shot when the situation demanded him to simply rotate the strike.
Regardless, that is just a piss poor comment from Tamim whose personal failure too has proved costly for his side. Its a team game, when the person concerned will read these comments then he will be hurt and things will never be the same.
A good captain backs his players all the time. THEY NEVER throw them under the bus, ever. Even Mushy is smarter than this. I thought Tamim was getting matured but this comment from him has thrown everything down the drain.
He should take a leaf from Miraz's captaincy in U-19s. The guy lead from the front. Had confidence in his side. He spoke about the immense potential. When Saif Hassan was insulted for his slow batting Miraz replied that he is the hardest hitter of the cricket ball when needed. Now that is a captain.
Guess why Vikings has always been at the bottom of the table, its because they have a captain like Tamim who can't create any team chemistry what-so-ever. Tamim is a joke and I pray we never have a captain like this.

How about just telling it straight to that player instead of speaking about it in media.Tamim is an arrogant chap.
Mash is the only true role model in our cricket. Quite his misfortune that people don't take him too seriously because of his performance with the ball which isn't exemplary. The guy has had multiple surgeries to his knees.
When I was young, I was to complain about my mom about no real golden cricketer in our country. Remember that phrase "Amader deshe hobe shei chele kobe, kothai na boro hoye kaje boro hobe". Its been 12 years or so and there still hasn't been that kind of a role model yet in our cricketing fraternity. I am talking about the player that just oozes with class, performs during crunch times, great role model off-field and respects opposition + team-mates. However, I saw those above quality in one man potentially, Mehedi Hasan Miraz. He is humble, loves the game, passionate, performs under pressure, quite skillful as shown with ball and also bat in U-19 WC, and someone who seems to get along well with his team-mates.
Has anyone noticed that Tamim has two persona? One international and one domestic. He acts like no one's watching when he plays domestic games. And the he puts on a good boy face when he's in the big scene lmao.
Tamim is correct, not only about his team, about most teams.
We cannot finish a T20 and in many cases ODIs while chasing. The ineptibility is evident now from so many twisted results in this tournament.
The only thing against Tamim's defense is he does not generally have to be there when those finishing trauma are experienced. But, wait he was there and he finished the Oman match straight and square.

It was Jahurul Islam that Tamim was talking about. It was not just Jahurul, the message at that time was not to take on the premier bowlers until the 18th over. The target was low and they had to use up their main bowlers eventually; and if Batsman like Jahurul who had been their for some time would have been there till the end then it would have been easier to chase the target down.
Lol I'm not even surprised. Remember few years back AA was told to grind it out and rotate strike in some random test match, and instead he holed out. Rahim and team management was angry at him, and AA's response?
"Ball dekhle amar marte iccha kore"

may be this is one of the reasons he is not considered for selection
I still remember the Asia cup final where he went for glory shots instead of giving strike to Riyad who was set and was in form bat. Mashrafi did the same in the same game and cost us the bloody trophy

Can we print this and post it in BD stadium's players entrance?

sure, would love to see my post on the entrance
Today when his team lost he labelled the batting after his dismissal as "rubbish". I think he needs to check the words he use.
Tamim should shut his mouth and simply get his team over the line. How about leading the team properly instead of lashing out. Back your team, say its an off day.

Show your frustration in the locker room. Not out in public. Everyone has a dirty laundry. He is not baggage free as well. Protect your player; the season is not over yet. These are the boys who will fight for you incoming days. This is not how to win people or win games as a team. Unless you have already given up in this tournament and just playing for your own stats.

Pathetic way to bully your teammate. That's not how a captain should talk. Mathay shomossha ahey...Are you for real? You can say stuff like that in the dressing room or even in the field. But not in front of the national media.
That was very disrespectful and juvenile comment. Thought he was maturing as a player
