Yes, that's right, they have been perfect recently though not expected that much from them

However We have been fans of the men's team first, so their lack of performances hurts a lot,

At the same time, woman cricket wasn't popular ever, even now they don't have much support from families/ societies/ gov still, they have come so far, really proud for them and hope they continue to do so.

We have followed the men’s team for more years and the expectations from them is much more. And tbh Women’s sports in general are usually not recognised that much.

Like you have pointed out that due even after so many barriers our ladies have done so well. Beating India twice in a row is no easy feat.

I think fans and media back home need to get behind the lasses collectively and this will have a knock on effect InshahAllah.

when you play for the love of the game (BD women cricket at this point), true fighters shows up. Team overachieve.

When you play for money, not everybody plays for the love of the game, so not every body are real fighters, some are pretenders. Team under perform.
